Schedule a complimetary welcome visit

Finding the right provider is a significant decision. It's important for you to find someone you feel safe and comfortable with, someone you can connect with, and someone who can give you the help you need. Schedule a free 15-minute visit to meet Dr. Nathan Walsh and ask any questions you might have and discuss how we can address your health concerns. Welcome visits are an introduction only and do not include diagnosis or treatment.

What to expect at World Tree Wellness

When making your first appointment at World Tree Wellness you will be asked to visit Patient Portal to download the Patient Information, Patient Profile, Consent for Treatment, Payment Agreement, Privacy Policy. 

Your first visit may range from 60 to 90 minutes. I will carefully and fully assess the root problem with your health, do an examination and any necessary diagnostic tests, and teach you how to manage your condition and improve your health naturally. 

The initial consultation includes a 15 minute follow-up scheduled sometime within the week. This visit is only for the purpose of setting up a treatment plan. Additional problems or changes to the treatment require a separate consultation. 

I recommend a 30 minute follow-up visit every few months to assess progress and modify treatments as needed. The client and I will develop a working relationship, and together we will create a wellness plan that is able to evolve as life events change.  

At World Tree Wellness 100 percent of the patient’s time is spent face to face with me, the physician. Tasks are never delegated to a nurse or medical aide.  


Please bring relevant medical information to your first visit:


  • Recent lab work (blood tests, saliva tests, etc.) and relevant medical notes. (HIPPA mandates that copies of tests and notes from other physicians can only be released with your written request.)

  • Current insurance carrier card.

  • Nutritional supplements you are currently taking.

  • Information about or the prescription bottles of medications you are currently taking or have recently taken.

  • Completed intake questionnaire.

Payment is due at time of visit and is payable by cash, check, credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel an appointment please give at least 24 hours notice.
If you do not cancel in advance, the appointment fee will be charged to you.
